Supply of your order

Goods may contain or been in contact with nuts and other items which may cause allergies. Please contact us direct before placing your order if you suffer from any such food allergy and we will advise if we can supply your box safely for you.

Wine or other items may vary from the actual label or brand shown but will always be of a similar quality to those illustrated.

All goods remain the property of Box of Gifts Online until full payment has been cleared.

Alcoholic products can only be ordered by and delivered to persons aged 18 or over.

Returns Policy

You may return goods within 14 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied for any reason. We will refund the total cost of the products and any standard delivery charges applied.

You should notify us in writing at lisa@boxofgiftsonline.com and by return we will confirm the address to send your unwanted items. A refund is subject to:

• All goods are returned unused and any item which can be opened remains sealed.
• You re-package the goods and return securely to us at your own cost. If you are returning damaged goods we will refund your delivery charges.
• Refunds will be made upon safe receipt to the original payment method used on our website.
